Something I’m tasked with often in my role at TikTok is helping the product team explain their tools in a way that doesn’t sound so product-y, à la this video right here.
We created this to launch Shopping Ads, a new suite of tools that help marketers on TikTok connect with shoppers at any point in the consumer journey.
My job was to take all the talking points we wanted to fit in, from the several cross-functional teams involved, and evolve them into something that wouldn’t make your eyelids suddenly feel very heavy while watching it.
